We all heard that an adequate amount of sleep is essential for peace of mind & vitality in life. Improper sleep can cause vexations, depression & mental disorder, you need 7-8 hrs of sleep. A proper amount of sleep can help your mind as well as your body for proper functioning. It solves half of the problems that you are facing in your life. 

Many people misunderstood that when we feel tired then only we need sleep for the relaxation of our mind & body but our mind didn't even relax in sleep all our vital organ functions while sleeping. Dr. John Bigelow, one of the earliest researchers, was able to show that while sleeping at night you receive a constant impression through the sensory nerves connected to the eyes, ears, nose & subcutaneous nerve.
Further, there are two kinds of people, one who sleeps all day and sleeping all-day makes your body slothful and you feel tired the rest of the day and another kind of person are those who believe that sleeping in a day and studies at night helps them more. These kinds of people may suffer from a
serious effect. Before going to sleep counsel your mind all the works which you want to do the next day. The wisdom of your mind instruct you & protect you if you pray for right action. And yes, sleep in peace helps you in several ways as you need peace while working so need your mind too.
