How to Encourage people?

We can put our thoughts on anybody by pointing the gun on his/ her neck or maybe by threatening them. But Is it a correct way to deal or to behave with others. No right? I think the only way to get anybody to do anything is by giving them what they want. Dr. Dewey said that'' the intense wish in human nature is desire. The desire of feeling to be important''.
When a child is appreciated for his/her performance in the race and rewarded that time the feeling of importance in their heart & mind motivates them to perform better on the other hand if for the same race the animal would reward maybe it didn't care about the prize they had won. The desire to be appreciated is not the same for humankind and for the animal maybe we learned it from our ancestors and I think it is a great way to develop civilization.

Some authorities say that people will really become insane when they didn't find the appreciation, and the appreciation should be honest not flattery. Also, what kind of appreciation you are getting shows your character if you are getting the right kind of appreciation for your work & accept it your attitude will be different from others and that ability spread enthusiasm among others around you and you can deal better with people. At the beginning of this lesson, there is a line - you can put your thoughts on others by threatening them therefore instead of that use the ability to encourage them this will help you to get what you want but what some people do if they don't like a thing, they will criticize it like anything even so if they like a thing they say it is nothing.

These days we nourish the body of our children we gave them all the luxuries which their body needs to develop however we forget to give them the words of appreciation that's why most of the children are depressed, they feel that they are nothing somewhere we forget to praise our children when he/she scores well in exams. we fail to encourage our children when they make treehouse to play.
Nothing can motivate the children then this kind of appreciation. The lecturer in your college, the employes in your office, and Youtuber or a blogger knows well how their audience's appreciation motivates them for doing better. Let's try to find out another person's good quality. Give them an honest sincere appreciation for their work.
